Abstract:Objective To investigate the nursing and clinical effect for acute alcohol intoxication caused rhabdomyolysis.Methods 80 cases with acute alcohol intoxication caused rhabdomyolysis from January 2011 to June 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two group,40 cases in each group,the observation group were used the interventions in this study nursing,the control group were implemented routine care,then complications occurred during treatment intervention HAMD and HAMA scores after treatment,and bed time and hospital stay were compared in the two groups. Results The acute renal failure,pulmonary edema and cardiac arrest ratio in the observation group were lower than that of control group (P<0.05),after the intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05),getting out of bed time in observation group was shorter than that of control group (P<0.05),the total length of stay in observation group was shorter than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Effective nursing intervention can significantly reduce complications during treatment and improve patient mental anxiety and depression,so it can prompte the patients′soon recovered.
