Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of Lamaze childbirth combined with improved unprotected perineum delivery on puerperal quality.Methods 300 puerperae by vaginal trial childbirth in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group（140 cases）and the observation group（160 cases）.The observation group was given Lamaze childbirth combined with improved unprotected delivered，the control group was given spontaneous breathing plus and traditional delivery method.The incidence rate of labor pain，intrapartum maternal transfer cesarean section，postpartum hemorrhage，perineum and soft birth canal injury in the two groups was compared.Results The incidence rate of moderate pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the incidence rate of severe pain and extreme pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.01）.The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage，the rate of intrapartum maternal transfer cesarean section and the rate of perineum incision in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the incidence rate of perineum without laceration or laceration of gradeⅠ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the incidence rate of perineum with laceration of gradeⅡ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Lamahze delivery method combined with improved unprotected perineum delivery can significantly reduce pain intensity，reduce postpartum hemorrhage，effectively reduce the perineum incision rate and intrapartum cesarean section rate，promote the inciadence rate of natural childbirth，conducive to the maternity ward nursing quality management.
