Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of different vaginal surgery methods in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy with exogenous type. Methods 92 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy with exogenous type from June 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(30 cases),the experimental group A(31 cases)and the experimental group B(31 cases). The control group was given laparoscopic surgery, the experimental group A was given vaginal surgery combined with methotrexate, the experimental group B was given simple vaginal surgery. The operative time, amount of bleeding,β-HCG to normal time, hospitalization expenses, the incidence rate of adverse reaction and complication was compared between the three groups. Results The operative time in the experimental group A and the experimental group B was shorter than that in the control group, the amount of bleeding in the experimental group A and the experimental group B was less than that in the control group, hospitalization expenses in the experimental group A and the experimental group B was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Hospitalization expenses in the experimental group B was lower than that in the experimental group A,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the β-hCG to normal time among the three groups (P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction and complication in the experimental group B was lower than that in the control group and the experimental group A,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Simple vaginal surgery in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy with exogenous type has high efficacy, high security, small economic burden,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
