Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods 80 cases of acute ischemic stroke in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was given urinary kallidinogenase on the based of routine treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than 75.0%of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of NIHSS after 3 weeks of treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, the score of ADL in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of NIHSS after 3 weeks of treatment in the observation group was lower than that after 3 weeks of treatment in the control group, the score of ADL in the observation group was higher than that after 3 weeks of treatment in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The indexes of hemorheology after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment, with significant difference(P<0.05).The indexes of hematocrit after treatment in the control group was lower than that before treatment, with significant difference(P<0.05).The indexes of hemorheology after treatment in the observation group was lower than that after treatment in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function,ECG before and after treatment in the two groups showed no abnormal changes, and there was no obvious adverse drug reaction. Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase has definite effect in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, with high safety and satisfactory treatment effect.
