Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on patients with acute left heart failure of coronary heart disease. Methods 101 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with acute left heart failure were selected from January 2011 to January 2016 in our hospital and randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group. The control group received conventional treatment, the observation accepted noinvasive positive pressure ventilation group on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effect, respiration and heart related index function were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.2%,significantly higher than 78.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, the level of PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2,SV,EF between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment, the level of PaO2,SaO2,SV and EF in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group respectively, the level of PaCO2was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in treatment of coronary heart disease has good clinical curative effect with acute left heart failure of coronary heart disease, can improve cardiac function and blood gas index, and is worthy of clinical application.
