Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal three-dimentional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of patientswith hydrosalpinx.M ethods From January 2012 to December 2015，90 patientswith hydrosalpinxin in our hospitalwere selected for grouping experimentswith 30 patients in each group.In groupⅠ，ⅡandⅢ，traditional transabdominal，transvaginal two-dimentional and transvaginal three-dimentional ultrasonographies were implemented in turn. The Doppler reconstruction and volume scanning were provided at the same time，The diagnosis condition of these three regimens was evaluated.Resu lts 90 patients were testified by radiography，surgery and pathology，among them，38 cases with hydrosalpinx in one side，and the restwith bilateral hydrosalpinx.After ultrasonic testing，there were 29 cases detected in groupⅢ，and diagnostic accordance ratewas96.7%，much higher than 60.0%in groupⅠand 73.3%in groupⅡ，with a statistical difference（P＜0.05）.Comparison of diagnostic accordance rate between groupⅠand groupⅡ，and the difference had no statistical significance（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Transvaginal three-dimentional ultrasound is simple and safe in performance and can directly reflect inner spatial structure，and accurately differentiate the relationship between salpinx and peripheral viscera aswell as the charact of hydrops in the examination of hydrosalpinx，which plays an important significance on early detection of disease and guidance of clinical treatment and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
