Objective To investigate the influence of extended care in self-efficacy and compliance in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 116 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected from January 2014 to May 2015 and randomly divided into two groups,each group had 58 cases.The control group was received routine discharge guidance,the study group was receivedextended care on the basis ofthe conventional discharge guidance,the self-efficacy and treatment compliance rates of two groupswere compared.Results After intervention 3 months and 6months,GSES score of the study group were higher than that of control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);Themedication compliance,reasonable rest,time to review,proper diet,smoking and drinking,reasonable exercise,prevention of infection and total scores of the study group was significant higher than that of control group on the same period,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary heart disease patients after extended care can significantly improve the efficacy of self and compliance.
