Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in multiple rib fractures with severe pulmonary contusion，and to improve the recovery rate.M ethods From June 2014 to June 2016，60 patients with multiple fractured ribs and severe pulmonary contusion in the People＇s Hospital of Fengxian were included.According to the different nursingmethods，the patientswere divided into the control group （n=30）and the study group （n=30）.The control group was given conventional care，the study group was given personalized nursing intervention.After nursing，the clinical nursing curative effects in the two groupswere compared.Results The pain duration，mechanical ventilation time and bed activity time，chest drainage tube indwelling time and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than that of normal group，the difference was significant（P＜0.01）；Lung function indexes such as PaO2，PaCO2in the study group were better than that of normal group，the difference was significant（P＜0.01）；The curative effect in the study group was significantly higher than that of normal group，the difference was significant（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Personalized nursing interventions is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patientswithmultiple rib fractures and severe pulmonary contusion，so it isworthy of application.
