Abstract:Objective To study and explore the effect of postural guidance before and after cesarean section in improving breastfeeding success rate of cesarean section maternal. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,100 cases of pregnantwomen given selective cesarean section with high risk factors of pregnancy department of obstetrics in our hospital were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group by random number table, each group had 50 cases. The control group had received the routine nursing, the observation group had received prenatal breastfeeding posture training and postpartum feeding posture guidance on the basis of routine nursing. On the postpartum first days, second days, third days, the maternal milk secretion and the success rate of breast feeding were compared between two groups, and the nursing satisfaction was compared between two groups. Results On the postpartum first days, thematernalmilk secretion and breastfeeding success rate were compared between two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);On the postpartum second days, third days, thematernalmilk secretion and breastfeeding success rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction ofmaternal in the observation group was 98%,compared with the control group of 86%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Before and after the cesarean section, the implementation of prenatal breastfeeding posture guidance can effectively promote thematernalmilk secretion, increase the success rate of caesarean baby breastfeeding.
