Abstract:Objective To explore the agitation performance of pediatric Sevoflurane anesthesia recovery period. Methods 60 cases of preschool children and 60 cases of school-age children undergoing operation in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into group A and group B.According to the patient′s different anesthesia induction way,the patients of group A and group B were randomly divided into group A1(29 cases),group A2(31 cases),group B1(32 cases),group B2(28 cases).Group A1 and group B1 were given Midazolam+Propofol+Sufentanil for induction of anesthesia, and were used Sevoflurane for anesthesia maintenance, group A2 and group B2 were given Sevoflurane for induction and maintenance of anesthesia. The postoperative eye opening time, swallowing reflex recovery time, extubation time and extubation agitation score was compared between four groups. Results There was no significant difference in the postoperative eye opening time, swallowing reflex recovery time and extubation time among four groups(P>0.05).The score of extubation agitation in group A2 was higher than that in group A1,with significant difference(P<0.01).The score of extubation agitation in group B2 was higher than that in group B1,with significant difference (P<0.01).The score of extubation agitation in group A1 was higher than that in group B1,with significant difference (P<0.01).The score of extubation agitation in group A2 was higher than that in group B2,with significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Pediatric patients with sevoflurane anesthesia, agitation is easy to happen agitation during postoperative anesthesia recovery period, and the risk of younger children agitation is higher.
