Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of Dexmedetomidine in spinal epidural anesthesia in myomectomy in sedative effect. Methods 62 cases of uterine fibroids were selected in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015, they were divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each group, according to the odd and even number of the length of hospitalization. The observation group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia assisted with Dexmedetomidine, the control group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia assisted midazolam, the vital signs, sedative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Results Before anesthesia and postoperative HR,BⅠS, Ramsay scores of two groups were compared, with no significant differences(P>0.05);the two groups of 30 min,Ramsay in the observation group were higher than before anesthesia and control group, with significant differences(P<0.05),the HR and BⅠS of observation group were lower than before anesthesia and control group, with significant differences(P<0.05);the adverse effects of the two groups, the observation group was 16.13%,slightly lower than 19.35%of control group, but no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Uterine myoma resection anesthesia with Dexmedetomidine and combined spinal epidural anesthesia operation, sedative effect is good,it is worthy of promotion.
