Effect of live combined Bacillus subtilis two bacteria particles and Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules on neonatal jaundice index and behavior neural developme

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of live combined Bacillus subtilis two bacteria particles and Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules on neonatal jaundice index and behavior neural developme.Methods A total of 48 cases of neonates with jaundice in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were divided into observation group(24 cases) and control group(24 cases)by random number table method,patients in the control group were given Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules treatment,patients in the observation group were given live combined Bacillus subtilis two bacteria particles treatment on the basis of control group.The neonatal jaundice index and behavior neural developme of two groups were observed.Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 95.83%,significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Serum bilirubin levels of two groups after treatment were decreased than that before treatment (P<0.01);serum bilirubin level in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The jaundice index of the observation group on the 2nd,3rd,4thand 5thday was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the jaundice index level of two groups was decreased.The NBNA scores of two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.01)after treatment,while the NBNA scores of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of live combined Bacillus subtilis two bacteria particles and Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules on neonatal jaundice is significant,effectively reducing the serum bilirubin level and jaundice index of the children,promoting behavior neural development.It is worth of clinical application.
