Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Mosapride combined with Omeprazole treating gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods94 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease treated in our hospital from July 2013 and July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the time of hospitalization, and each group had 47 cases.Control group was treated by Omeprazole, while observation group was added Mosapride on the basis of treatment of control group.Treatment effect and incidence rate of adverse reaction in patientswere compared between two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group(91.49%)was obviously higher than that of control group(70.21%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group(4.26%)was obviously higher than that of control group(17.02%)and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Mosapride combined with Omeprazole treating gastroesophageal reflux disease is significant, and can obviously reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction, and it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
