Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention for the patients with cerebral aneurysms interventional vascular embolization.Methods60 cases of CA from January 2013 and December 2015 in our hospital were selected and treated, all patients were performed interventional vascular embolization.According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group(30 cases, perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention)and control group (30 cases, the conventional nursing intervention). Two groups of postoperative recovery effect were compared; two groups of postoperative complications, intracranial hemorrhage, and length of hospital stay and symptoms disappear time indicator were observed;two groups of preoperative and postoperative satisfaction Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and their families were compared.ResultsThe recovery situation of observation group was better than that of observation group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications and observe group again after six months of intracranial hemorrhage rate were lower than those of control group, and the length of hospital stay, symptoms disappear time were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05);GCS score in observation group was better than that of control group and observation group family nursing satisfaction was 93.3%,the control group in family satisfaction was 73.3%,significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).ConclusionIn patients with cerebral aneurysms interventional embolization for perioperative nursing, patients recover quickly, fewer complications, high satisfaction, help to improve the effect of embolization.
