Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application of serum C peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin examination in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods60 patients with diabetes in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were received as the research object,set as observation group,including 30 patients with type 2 diabetes so as simple diabetes group,30 patients with diabetic nephropathy in diabetic nephropathy group,30 cases of healthy in our hospital at the same time were selected for a medical examination of subjects as control group,all the research object of serum C peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin test,blood sugar levels,serum c-peptide levels of simple diabetes group,diabetes,nephropathy group and control gorup were compared.ResultsThe fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of simple diabetes group and diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than those of control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Pure fasting blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus group,2 h postprandial blood glucose level and diabetic nephropathy had no significant difference(P>0.05).Serum C peptide of simple diabetes group and diabetes nephropathy group were lower than those of control group,glycosylated hemoglobin was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Serum C peptide of simple diabetes group was higher than that of diabetic nephropathy group,glycated hemoglobin was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSerum C peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin examination has high valuein the diagnosis of diabetes, it is worthy of popularization and application.
