Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of four constituents(Gastordine, Salidroside,Geniposide,Spinosin)in“GaishanshuimianGranules”.MethodsAforementionedfourmajorconstituentsin“Gaishanshuimian Granules”as the detecting subject.Column was Thermo Fisher Syncronis C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).Mobile phase was acetonitrile-water,gradient elute,flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Column temperature was maintained at 30℃, sample size was 10 μl.Detection wavelengths were set at 220,238,275 and 335 nm.ResultsLinear range of Gastordine, Salidroside,Geniposide,and Spinosin respectively were 0.8032-4.0160,0.5392-2.6960,2.6916-13.4580,0.2112-1.0560 μg. The RSD of precision,stability and repeatability test were all less than 2.00%.The average recoveries respectively were 98.17%,99.37%,98.84%and 99.27%with RSD of 0.67%,0.48%,0.49%and 0.93%,respectively.ConclusionThis developed HPLC method is reliable and convenient for simultaneous determination of Gastordine,Salidroside,Geniposide, and Spinosin,which could be applied to determine contents of four constituents and quality control of"Gaishanshuimian Granules".
