Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with cervical cancer.Methods From January 2012 to September 2016,50 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,and each group had 25 patients.The control group wast given with basic nursing,life care,health education and so on.The observation group was given the psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.According to the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and selfrating depression scale(SDS),SAS score and SDS score were observed before and after intervention in two groups,and the satisfaction with nursing service was also observed.Results After intervention,the intervention group and the control group of the SAS score[(35.72±7.23)points,(46.24±7.76)points]and the SDS score[(31.88±6.55)points,(45.24±5.62)points] were lower than those before intervention[(60.16±7.76)points,(59.56±8.01)points;(55.72±7.24)points,(56.96±7.72 points)],and the intervention group was lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction rate of intervention group was 92.0%,which was higher than that of control group(68.0%), and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion The psychological intervention can effectively relieve anxiety and depression in patients with cervical cancer,improve the degree of satisfaction with nursing service and the quality of life.
