天麻钩藤饮加减辅助治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床效果观察

摘要目的探讨天麻钩藤饮加减辅助治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床效果，为临床提供指导。方法以2015年4月～2017年1月来我院就医的46例肝阳上亢型高血压患者作为观察对象，使用随机数字表法将患者进行分组，每组23例。常规西药组患者应用常规西药治疗，联合组患者应用常规西药+天麻钩藤饮加减治疗，比较两组患者的血压水平、生活质量评分及临床疗效。结果联合组患者治疗后的收缩压、舒张压分别为（142.32±4.53）、（81.36±2.58）mmHg，明显低于常规西药组（P＜0.05）；联合组患者治疗后的生活质量评分为（108.78±4.20）分，明显高于常规西药组（P＜0.05）；联合组患者的总有效率（91.30%）明显高于常规西药组（73.91%）（P＜0.05）。结论对肝阳上亢型高血压患者采取天麻钩藤饮加减辅助治疗，能显著降低患者的收缩压及舒张压，提高其生活质量，治疗效果显著。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical effect of Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction modified adjuvant therapy in treatment of hypertension with type of hyperactivity of liver-yang,to provide the guidance for the clinic.Methods46 patients with hypertension withh type of hyperactivity of liver-yang treated in our hospital from April 2015 to January 2017 were selected as objects and they were divided into two groups,and there were 23 cases in each group.Patients in the routine western medicine group were given routine western medicine,and patients in the combined group were given routine western medicine+Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction modified adjuvant therapy.The blood pressure level,score of quality of life,and clinical effect,were compared between two groups.ResultsThe systolic pressure was (142.32±4.53) mmHg and the diastolic pressure was (81.36±2.58)mmHg in the combined group after treatment which were significantly lower than those in the routine western medicine group(P＜0.05).The score of quality of life was(108.78±4.20)in the combined group after treatment which was significantly higher than that in the routine western medicine group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the combined group was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine western medicine group(73.91%)(P＜0.05).ConclusionApplication of Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction modified adjuvant therapy in treatment of hypertension with type of hyperactivity of liver-yang can significantly reduce the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of patients,improve the quality of life,and has significant clinical effect.
