Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate treating drug-induced hepatitis.MethodsFrom February 2015 to December 2016,60 patients with drug-induced hepatitis admitted into our hospital were evenly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate was used in the observation group, while in the control group,Reduced Glutathione was provided. The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.ResultsThere was no statistical difference in liver function before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After therapy, the indexes of liver function in the observation group and total effective rate were both superior to those in the control group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionMagnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate can obtain a remarkable effect treating drug-induced hepatitis with adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
