Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the nursing intervention mode in stages in patients with Parkinson′s disease (PD).Methods Eighty patients with PD admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40)according to the random number table method. In the control group, conventional nursing was used, and in the observation group, nursing intervention mode in stages was used. The nursing total satisfaction, life self-care ability score and total treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The self-care ability score and total treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing staged nursing intervention for patients with PD is beneficial to improving the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families, increasing the patient′s treatment compliance, and promoting patient′s self-care in favorable effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
