Objective To explore the clinical effect of Oxycodone combined with Propofol in hysteroscopic anesthesia, and to provide reference for clinical anesthesiologists to choose a reasonable anesthesia regimen. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 70 patients who received hysteroscopic surgery in Tiemei General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, the study objects were divided into the control group and the observation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with routine anesthesia, the observation group was anesthetized with Oxycodone and Propofol. The heart rate, mean arterial pressure, postoperative pain and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups before anesthesia and when consciousness-regaining (P>0.05).The pain scores at each time point in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical anesthesia effect of Oxycodone combined with Propofol in hysteroscopic surgery is clear, the postoperative analgesia effect is good, and the adverse reaction rate is low, the application effect is significant.
