Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of "quality control circle" in pharmaceutical care in outpatient western pharmacy. Methods From October 2016 to September 2019,24 medical and nursing personnel and their management in outpatient western pharmacy of our hospital were selected as the study objects,who were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different time,12 of which were included in each group.The control group was given routine pharmaceutical care mode,and the observation group applied "quality control circle" activities to compare the implementation effect,total satisfaction,work achievement score of medical staff and the total incidence of error events. Results The implementation effect,tatal satisfaction and work achievement score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the total incidence of error events was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of "quality control circle" in outpatient western pharmacy has a good effect,which can effectively improve the satisfaction of pharmaceutical care,improve the working level and ability of pharmacy staff,obtain better work results,and reduce the incidence of error events.
