Abstract：Objective To discuss the application effect of pyramid management mode in the nursing management of inpatients with psychosis. Methods A total of 90 inpatients with psychosis in Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from January to July 2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method: the observation group and the control group.All 45 patients in the control group were given the routine management mode,and 45 patients in the observation group were given the pyramid management mode.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared by using the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) score.The total nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The BPRS score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The pyramid management mode can achieve good clinical effect in the inpatients with mental illness,effectively promote the condition of inpatients with mental illness,reduce the BPRS score,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients′ families,which has high clinical application value.
