Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of targeted pre-control nursing in the management of respiratory tract during anesthesia resuscitation. Methods A total of 140 surgical patients under general anesthesia in the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group,70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine management of anesthesia recovery period, and the experimental group was treated with targeted pre-control nursing intervention for the prevention of respiratory complications on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications after intervention and the nursing satisfaction scores of the degree of communication in place, the initiative of preventive behavior, the comprehensiveness of preventive perspective and the rationality of focus after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in experimental group after intervention was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the degree of communication in place, the initiative of preventive behavior, the comprehensiveness of preventive perspective and the rationality of focus of the experimental group after intervention were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of targeted pre-controlled nursing to carry out respiratory tract management activities of anesthesia resuscitation in patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery can significantly reduce the risk of respiratory complications in such patients during anesthesia resuscitation, and improve the satisfaction of anesthesia resuscitation nursing.
