Effect of continuous nursing by intelligent remote system on the mental state and self-management ability of patients with high-risk Human Papilloma Virus infection

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing by intelligent remote system in patients with high-risk Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection.Methods A total of 106 patients with high-risk HPV infection who were admitted to Guangzhou Women and Children′s Medical Center from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group (n=53) and an observation group (n=53) by random number table method.The patients in the control group were received routine intervention,and in the observation group,they received continuous care by the intelligent remote system for three months of intervention.The mental state,self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.23%,higher than that of the control group of 84.91%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA) were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing by the intelligent remote system can reduce the negative emotions of patients with high-risk HPV infection,improve the self-management ability of patients,and increase nursing satisfaction.
