Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of humanized high-quality nursing service on the length of hospital stay and satisfaction in respiratory failure. Methods A total of 64 cases of patients with respiratory failure admitted to Guangzhou First People′s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given humanized high-quality nursing service. The blood oxygen partial pressure, blood carbon dioxide partial pressure, the length of hospital stay, bad mood and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The partial pressure of blood carbon dioxide in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the partial pressure of blood oxygen in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of bad mood in the study group after intervention was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total of nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with respiratory failure, the effect of humanized high-quality nursing service in nursing is remarkable, which can improve patients′ blood gas indicators and bad mood, shorten the length of hospital stay and improve total of nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of popularization and application.
