人性化优质护理服务在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用及对患者住院时间、满意度的影响

摘要目的探讨呼吸衰竭护理中实施人性化优质护理服务对住院时间及满意度的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月广州市第一人民医院收治的64 例呼吸衰竭患者，依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组各32 例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施人性化优质护理服务。比较两组的血氧分压值、血二氧化碳分压值、住院时间、不良情绪评分、护理满意度情况。结果研究组的血二氧化碳分压值低于对照组，血氧分压值高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组干预后的不良情绪评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于呼吸衰竭患者，在护理中采取人性化优质护理服务的效果显著，能改善患者的血气指标和不良情绪，缩短住院时间，提高护理总满意度，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of humanized high-quality nursing service on the length of hospital stay and satisfaction in respiratory failure. Methods A total of 64 cases of patients with respiratory failure admitted to Guangzhou First People′s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given humanized high-quality nursing service. The blood oxygen partial pressure, blood carbon dioxide partial pressure, the length of hospital stay, bad mood and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The partial pressure of blood carbon dioxide in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the partial pressure of blood oxygen in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The score of bad mood in the study group after intervention was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total of nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with respiratory failure, the effect of humanized high-quality nursing service in nursing is remarkable, which can improve patients′ blood gas indicators and bad mood, shorten the length of hospital stay and improve total of nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of popularization and application.
