Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of systematic cognitive therapy in the clinical psychological care of patients with schizophrenics.Methods A total of 52 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, 26 cases in each group.The study group adopted the system cognitive therapy technology on the basis of the control group, and the control group was treated with routine psychological nursing.The nursing satisfaction,brief psychiatric response scale (BPRS), insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ), inpatient psychiatric observation scale (NOSIE) after nursing, quality of life (QOL) and total treatment compliance were analyzed between the two groups.Results The nursing total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05), the BPRS score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05), the ITAQ and NOSIE scores of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05)，the quality of life of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05), the total treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Using the system cognitive therapy technology in the clinical psychological care of schizophrenic patients can improve the patients′ self-knowledge, improve the patients′ mental symptoms,improve the treatment compliance, improve the quality of life, also improve the nursing satisfaction, improve the relationship between doctors and patients, so it can be used in clinical practice.
