培元通脑胶囊治疗脑卒中恢复期的效果及对神经功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响

摘要目的探讨培元通脑胶囊治疗脑卒中恢复期的效果及对神经功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取我科2018年1月～2019年12月收治的62例脑卒中恢复期患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组（31例）与对照组（31例）。对照组在西药及康复治疗的基础上加脑心通胶囊治疗，治疗组在西药及康复治疗的基础上加培元通脑胶囊治疗，每30 d为1个疗程。对两组的临床有效率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS评分）、Berg 平衡量表（Berg评分）及Barthel指数评定量表（Barthel评分）进行综合评定。结果治疗组的总有效率为87.1%，高于对照组的64.5%，差异有统计学的意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组的NIHSS、Berg及Barthel评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的NIHSS评分低于对照组，Berg及Barthel评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学的意义（P＜0.01）。结论培元通脑胶囊能明显改善脑卒中恢复期患者的神经功能及肢体平衡功能，同时提高患者的日常生活能力，疗效显著。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules in the treatment of recovery of stroke and its influence on neurological function, balance function and daily living ability.Methods A total of 62 cases of stroke patients in recovery stage who were treated in our department from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group (31 cases) and the control group (31 cases) according to random number table methods, 31 cases in each group.The control group received Naoxintong Capsules treatment on the basis of Western medicine and rehabilitation treatment, while the treatment group received Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules treatment on the basis of Western medicine and rehabilitation treatment, every 30 days as a course of treatment.The clinical effective rate, the scores of national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS score), Berg balance scale (Berg score) and Barthel index (Barthel score) of the two groups were comprehensively evaluated.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.1%, which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 64.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in NIHSS, Berg and Barthel scores between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment, the score of NIHSS in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of Berg and Barthel in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.01).Conclusion Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules can significantly improve the neurological function and balance function of patients in the recovery stage of stroke, and improve their ability of daily life as well.It has a remarkable therapeutic effect.
