Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of game-based rehabilitation intervention on the fine motor function and compliance of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 60 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Dalian Women and Children′s Medical Center (Group) from March 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into a control group with 30 cases and an observation group with 30 cases according to the random number table. The children in the control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the children in the observation group combined with game based rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group. Both groups continued to intervene for 6 months. The scores of activity of daily living scale (ADL), gross motor function measure (GMFM), fine motor function measure(FMFM) and rehabilitation training compliance of disabled children before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the pre-intervention period, the scores of ADL, GMFM, fine motor ability values, visual tracking ability, upper limb joint movement mobility, grasping ability, operational ability, hand-eye coordination ability, participation in family rehabilitation training, participation in trial sessions, motor function exercise, fun activities, and overall training compliance scores in both groups all increased after the intervention, and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of game based rehabilitation intervention in children with paralysis can effectively promote the recovery of self-care ability, improve gross motor and fine motor function, and improve the compliance of rehabilitation training.
