Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of medicine separated moxibustion combined with auricular application pressure on gastrointestinal function in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 80 hemodialysis patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction treated in Yidu Central Hospital from April to December 2020 were selected as the research object.They were divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the routine group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with Mosapride,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with medicine separated moxibustion combined with auricular application pressure.The clinical efficacy,the levels of serum albumin,hemoglobin,calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and the changes of human body composition before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 92.5%,which was higher than 75.0% of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum albumin,hemoglobin,body protein and body fat ratio in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Medicine separated moxibustion combined with auricular application pressure can enhance the gastrointestinal function in patients receiving hemodialysis and patients′nutrition.
