Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of oblique-slung fixing device used in the portable Doula instrument on labor analgesia effect,comfort and negative emotions of puerperae.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women applying portable Doula instrument with rope fixing method in Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from June to Octomber 2020 were selected as control group,and 100 pregnant women who used the portable Doula instrument with oblique-slung fixing device between November 2020 and March 2021 were included as observation group.The two groups were compared in different stages of labor(first stage,second stage,third stage)pain numerical rating scale(NRS)score,peripartum comfort and postpartum 1 week negative emotion (Hamilton anxiety scale [HAMA],Hamilton depression scale[HAMD]).Results The NRS scores of the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The perinatal comfort of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD in observation group at 1 week after labor were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Portable Doula instrument with oblique-slung fixing device has an ideal labor analgesia effect,and can enhance the comfort and improve the negative emotions of puerperae.
