Abstract:Objective To investigate the design and clinical application of the platform of inserting vaginal surgical instruments. Methods A total of 40 obstetrics and gynecology patients admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group(20 cases)and the observation group(20 cases). The control group was not performed on the inserting vaginal surgical instruments platform, while the observation group was performed on the inserting vaginal surgical instruments platform. The contamination rate, operating time, intraoperative blood loss and comfort level of patients using the instrument platform were compared between the two groups. Results The contamination rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the operating time was shorter than that of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the comfort level of patients using the instrument platform was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The design of the inserting vaginal surgical instruments platform has the advantages of easy sampling and low cost. The application in clinical practice can reduce the contamination rate, shorten the operating time, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, and improve the comfort level of patients using the instrument platform.
