三气合痹针配合寻桥功法治疗肩周炎的研究

摘要目的探讨三气合痹针配合寻桥功法治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月1日至2019年12月31日南昌市洪都中医院收治的80例因肩周炎住院患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各40例。观察组患者采用三气合痹针+寻桥功法治疗，对照组患者采用普通针刺+推拿+关节松动治疗，两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的肩部疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、肩关节活动度评分（Melle评分）及肩关节功能康复疗效。结果治疗前，两组患者的VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的VAS评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的Melle评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的Melle评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的Melle评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的肩关节功能康复疗效优于对照组，且观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过三气合痹针配合寻桥功法治疗肩周炎能够改善患者的肩关节活动度、减轻疼痛，可有效恢复关节活动，具有较好的治疗效果，值得在临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanqi Hebi needle combined with Xunqiao method in treating periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 80 patients with periarthritis of shoulder in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Sanqi Hebi needle combined with Xunqiao method,and the control group was treated with common acupuncture,massage and joint loosening for 4 weeks,respectively.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,range shoulder of motion score (Melle score)and rehabilitation effect of shoulder function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference of the VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The VAS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Melle score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The Melle scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Melle score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rehabilitation effect of shoulder joint function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis by Sanqi Hebi needle combined with Xunqiao method can improve the range of motion of shoulder joint,relieve pain,and effectively restore joint activity,which has good therapeutic effect and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
