Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese Tuina massage manipulation on acute lumbar sprain.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute lumbar sprain admitted to the Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into an observation group (n=30) and a control group (n=30) by the computer digital random model.The patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese Tuina massage, and patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment.The clinical treatment effects, the improvement of extremity motor function, quality of life indicators and the alleviation of lumbar pain of the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rate of clinical treatment of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment, the limb function indexes and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).After treatment, the visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Chinese Tuina massage is simple and easy to operate.It has a good therapeutic effect for patients with acute lumbar sprains, can effectively shorten the course of patients and relieve pain symptoms, which is worthy of promotion.
