Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.Methods A total of 126 patients with dermatitis and eczema were selected from October 2018 to November 2019 in Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group.The patients were divided into control group (63 cases) and study group (63 cases) according to the random number table method, the control group accepted Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets treatment, the study group accepted Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablet combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets, and the two groups were compared in terms of pruritus, erosion and total effective rate.Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the scores of pruritus and erosion between the two groups of patients (P＞0.05);after treatment, the scores of pruritus and erosion in the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets are effective in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema, and improve the clinical symptoms,making up for the shortcomings of single drug.
