吲哚布芬与阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的比较研究

摘要目的比较吲哚布芬与阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法选取2020 年7 月至10月井冈山大学附属医院神经内科收治的60 例脑梗死作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为试验组（30 例）及对照组（30 例）。两组患者在一般常规治疗的基础上，试验组予吲哚布芬片口服，对照组予阿司匹林肠溶片，比较两组患者治疗效果，实验室指标，神经功能情况及安全性评价指标事件的发生率。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者治疗后血小板聚集率二磷酸腺苷（ADP）、花生四烯酸（AA）低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者治疗后安全性评价指标事件的发生率（53.3%）低于对照组（73.4%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论相比较于阿司匹林，吲哚布芬可更好地改善患者神经功能，治疗效果及安全性更高，并可获取较为满意的抗血小板聚集效果。

Abstract：Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of Indobufen and Aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods From July to October 2020, a total of 60 cases of cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology of Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University were selected as the research objects, divide into the experimental group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. On the basis of general conventional treatment, the test group was given Indobufen tablets orally, and the control group was given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets. The treatment effects, laboratory indexes, neurological function and the incidence rate in safety evaluation index events of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The platelet aggregation rates of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and arachidonic acid (AA) in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The score of neurological deficit after treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of safety evaluation index events in the experimental group after treatment (53.3%) lower than the control group (73.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with Aspirin, Indobufen can better improve the patient′s neurological function, the treatment effect and safety are higher, and a more satisfactory anti-platelet aggregation effect can be obtained.
