Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of seamless emergency mode in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Hu′nan Provincal People′s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, 41 patients admitted during the routine emergency mode from December 2019 to June 2020 were selected and set as the control group, 41 patients admitted during the seamless emergency mode from July to December 2020 were set as the observation group. The first aid efficiency, neurological deficit and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group′s time for diagnosis, referral, and thrombolysis after admission were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS)were compared between the two groups at the time of admission, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);the NIHSS scale score of the two groups was lower when they were discharged from the hospital, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group was discharged for 3 months the scores of hand function, strength, mobility, communication, emotion, ability of daily living, memory and thinking, and participation were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The seamless emergency mode is used in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which is beneficial to shorten the emergency time and reduce the degree of neurological deficits in patients,so as to obtain a good prognosis.
