Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.Methods 158 cases of hypertensive patients accepted in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divide into the control group(79 cases)and the experiment group(79 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given acupoint massage,the experimental group was given acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing.The blood pressure control effect,negative emotion and self-efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GSES score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with emotional care has a significant effect in the application of hypertensive patients,which can improve their blood pressure control effect,relieve negative emotions,and promote self-efficacy.
