微信群出院护理在糖尿病患者血糖管理中的应用及对患者血糖、负面情绪的影响

摘要目的探讨微信群出院护理对糖尿病患者血糖管理的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2019年3月江西省新余第四医院收治的101例糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析，根据干预方式不同分为观察组（60例）与对照组（41例）。对照组给予基础护理干预，观察组给予基础护理与微信群出院护理，比较两种方法对两组的自我管理行为、血糖水平、患者的护理满意度及负面情绪情况。结果两组护理前的自我管理行为量表（SDSCA）评分、空腹状态下血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组护理后的SDSCA评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组，差异均统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后的服务态度、专业技术、语言沟通、健康教育评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论微信群出院护理有效加强患者的自我约束能力，改善患者血糖情况，提高患者对医院的治疗满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of WeChat group discharge care on blood glucose management of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 101 diabetic patients treated in Xinyu Fourth Hospital in Jiangxi Province from November 2018 to March 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to different intervention methods,the patients were divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=41).In the control group,basic nursing intervention was provided.In the observation group,basic nursing and WeChat group discharge care were provided.The two methods on the self-management behavior,blood glucose level,the patients′satisfaction on staff and the negative emotions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before receiving nursing care,summary of diabetes self-care activities (SDSCA)score,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin level,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score between the two groups were compared,and there were no statistical significance (P＞0.05).After receiving nursing care,the SDSCA score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).After receiving nursing care,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After receiving nursing care,the service attitude,professional skills,verbal communication and health education scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).After receiving nursing care,the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion To certain extent,WeChat group discharge care can effectively strengthen patients′self-discipline ability,improve patients′blood glucose status,and increase patients′satisfaction with treatment in this hospital.
