内镜黏膜下剥离术在消化道肿物治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术在消化道肿物治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年2月茂名市人民医院收治的60 例消化道肿物患者作为研究对象，采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=30）和研究组（n=30）。对照组患者采用内镜黏膜切除术，研究组患者采用内镜黏膜下剥离术，比较两组患者的切除效果、复发率、手术相关指标以及术后并发症情况。结果研究组患者的切除效果及复发率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血率以及住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采取内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗消化道肿物，可以有效提高患者临床切除效果，降低患者术后并发症、以及复发率，缩短患者手术时间、促进术后恢复，临床价值明显。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of gastrointestinal masses. Methods Sixty patients with digestive tract tumors admitted to Maoming People's Hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as subjects. They were divided into control group (n=30) and study group(n=30) by random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with endoscopic mucosal resection,while patients in the study group were treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection. The resection effect, recurrence rate, operation-related indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The resection effect and recurrence rate of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The operation time, intraoperative bleeding rate and hospitalization time of the patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of endoscopic submucosal dissection can effectively improve clinical resection effect, reduce postoperative complications and recurrence rate, shorten operation time, and promote postoperative recovery in the treatment of gastrointestinal masses, indicating significant clinical value.
