Abstract：Anorectal foreign body is an injury disease of the intestinal wall and surrounding tissues caused by many factors, which is rare in clinic. The main clinical manifestations are defecation disorders, obstruction, pain, bleeding,etc., or even a series of complications such as perforation, peritonitis or abscess formation. The incarcerated anorectal foreign body should be operated as soon as possible once diagnosed, and the complications should be actively managed to improve the cure rate. Most anorectal foreign bodies are related to sexual masturbation. Through retrospective analysis of a case of incarceration of huge rectal foreign bodies caused by masturbation behavior, this paper discusses the individual treatment of incarceration of anorectal foreign bodies caused by masturbation, summarizes the main points of diagnosis and treatment, and shares relevant clinical experience.
