Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil epidural anesthesia, labor process and stress response in parturients with painless delivery. Methods From January 2020 to January 2021, a total of 100 delivery women diagnosed and treated in Quanzhou Women′s and Children′s Hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group (50 cases) and the study group (50 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Ropivacaine epidural anesthesia, and the study group was treated with Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil epidural anesthesia. The anesthesia effect, stress response and labor process were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The first stage, second stage, third stage and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the stress response indexes of the two groups of patients before delivery (P>0.05).The cortisol (COR) and blood glucose (Glu) of the study group after delivery were lower than those of the control group after delivery, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil epidural anesthesia to parturients in painless delivery could reduce the impact of stress response, shorten the course of parturients, and have a significant clinical anesthesia effect.
