Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of Jinlong Capsules in the recurrence and metastasis examined by intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) after cervical cancer surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with postoperative cervical cancer who were admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with IMRT regimen, and the observation group was treated with Jinlong Capsule on the basis of IMRT. The recent clinical treatment effects, Karnofsky functional status (KPS) score, immune cell indicators, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The short-term clinical treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the KPS scores of the two groups of patients (P<0.05); after treatment, the KPS scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, The KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in immune cell indicators between the two groups of patients (P<0.05); after treatment, the immune cell indicators in the observation group were better than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, The immune cell indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of acute radiation enteritis, radiation cystitis and bone marrow suppression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Jinlong Capsule combined with IMRT in the treatment of patients with cervical cancer after surgery has the effects of improving short-term clinical treatment effects, en hancing patient immune function, reducing adverse reactions and improving quality of life. It is worthy of further promotion and application.
