Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-8(IL-8)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Serum samples were collected from 65 patients with breast cancer,40 patients with benign breast tumor and 40 healthy subjects admitted to the Third Hospital of Nanchang City from June 2019 to December 2020.ELISA method and chemiluminescence method were used to detect serum levels of IL-2,IL-8 and CA153,respectively.In combination with IL-2,IL-8 and CA153,the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted in medcale software to calculate the diagnostic value and diagnostic efficacy of each indicator in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Results The level of IL-2 in the breast cancer group was lower than that in the benign breast tumor group and the healthy health group,and the level of IL-2 in the benign breast tumor group was lower than that in the healthy health group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-8 and CA153 in the breast cancer group were higher than those in the benign breast tumor group and the healthy health group,and the level of IL-8 in the benign breast tumor group was higher than that in the healthy health group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under ROC curve(AUC)of IL-2,IL-8 and CA153 detected by the combination was larger than that detected by each indicator alone.Conclusion The combined detection of serum IL-2,IL-8 and CA153 has a good value in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
