中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果

摘要目的探讨中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法选取三明市第二医院脉管科2017年6月至2019年10月收治的60 例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，按照治疗方法的不同将60 例患者分为观察组与对照组，每组各30 例。两组均给予综合治疗，对照组在综合治疗的基础上加用皮下注射低分子肝素钠注射液及口服华法林片治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药内服自拟活血止痛方随证加减，外敷中药于患处，30 d 为1 个疗程。两组均于治疗1 个疗程后观察结果并进行对比分析。结果观察组的总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.320，P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后的大腿周径差为（1.24±0.45）cm，小于对照组的（1.56±0.46）cm，差异有统计学意义（t=2.750，P＜0.01）。观察组治疗后的小腿周径差为（1.06±0.43）cm，小于对照组的（1.44±0.58）cm，差异有统计学意义（t=2.865，P＜0.01）。两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成有助于提高疗效，减少下肢深静脉血栓形成后遗症的形成，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis who were admitted from June 2017 to October 2019 in the Department of Vasculature of the Second Hospital of Sanming City were selected and analyzed retrospectively.The 60 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given comprehensive treatment.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin Sodium injection and oral Warfarin tablets on the basis of comprehensive treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine for oral administration and selfmade modified Huoxue Zhitong prescription based on different syndromes,and external application of Chinese medicine to the affected area.Thirty days lasted a course of treatment.The two groups were both treated for a course of treatment and the results were observed and compared.Results The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group,with statistical significance(χ2=4.320, P＜0.05).After treatment,thigh circumference difference of the observation group was(1.24±0.45)cm,which was smaller than(1.56±0.46)cm of the control group,with statistical significance(t=2.750, P＜0.01).The calf circumference difference of the observation group was(1.06±0.43)cm,which was smaller than(1.44±0.58)cm of the control group,with statistical significance(t=2.865, P＜0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis is beneficial to enhance the curative effect and reduce the formation of sequelae of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
