Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Kudanwan combined with Acitretin Capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vuIgaris.Methods A total of 200 patients with psoriasis vuIgaris admitted to the Seventh People′s Hospital of Shenyang from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases)by random drawing method.The observation group was treated with Kudanwan combined with Acitretin Capsules,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment.The total effective rate,levels of inflammatory factors,incidence of adverse reactions and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-α of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kudanwan combined with Acitretin Capsules has A remarkable effect and high safety.
