48 353例幽门螺杆菌感染状况分析

摘要

目的了解景德镇市第二人民医院受检人群幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染情况。方法收集2008年7月—2019年12月在景德镇市第二人民医院接受14C 尿素呼气试验的48 353 例受检者进行统计分析。结果 48 353 例受检者Hp 感染率为42.94%，其中男性感染率为43.21%，女性感染率为42.67%；男性和女性的Hp 感染率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。30～<40 岁年龄段的Hp 感染率最高，为47.43%。Hp 感染率自2015年开始呈逐年下降趋势。有消化道症状人群与体检人群的Hp 感染率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论景德镇市第二人民医院Hp 感染率与全国水平相当，性别间无差异，感染率在30～<40年龄段最高，感染率有逐年下降趋势。

Abstract：

Objective To investigate the infection of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in the population tested in the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen.Methods A total of 48 353 subjects who underwent 14C-urea breath test in the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen from July 2008 to December 2019 were collected for statistical analysis.Results The infection rate of Hp in 48 353 subjects was 42.94%,of which 43.21% were males and 42.67% were females.There was no statistically significant difference between males and females in Hp infection rate(P>0.05).The highest infection rate of Hp was 47.43% in the age group of 30-<40 years old.The infection rate of Hp decreased year by year since 2015.There was significant difference in infection rate of Hp between people with gastrointestinal symptoms and those with physical examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of Hp in the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen is similar to that of the national level，and there is no difference between genders.The Hp infection rate is the highest in the age group of 30-<40 years old,and the infection rate is decreasing year by year.
