Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine combined with Ademetionine for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods A total of 93 ICP patients admitted to Ningxi Branch,Zhuhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group(n=46)and the observation group(n=47)according to the random envelope method. The control group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets, and the observation group was provided with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine combined with Adenosine. The levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bile acid(TBA)and total bilirubin(TBil)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,as well as the pregnancy outcomes and neonatal situations. Results After treatment, the levels of AST,ALT,TBA and TBil in 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and the levels of AST,ALT,TBA and TBil in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).The incidence of fetal distress, amniotic fluid and feces contamination, premature delivery and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and Apgar score of neonates in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with Ademetionine can effectively reduce AST,ALT,TBA,and TBil levels and improve pregnancy outcomes in ICP treatment.
