奥沙利铂联合替吉奥与奥沙利铂联合雷替曲塞治疗晚期结肠癌患者的临床效果比较

摘要目的比较奥沙利铂联合替吉奥与奥沙利铂联合雷替曲塞治疗晚期结肠癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年7月松滋市人民医院收治的106 例晚期结肠癌患者作为研究对象，按照信封抽取方法分为参照组（53 例）与研讨组（53 例）。参照组采用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗方法，研讨组采用奥沙利铂结合雷替曲塞治疗方法。比较两组的的临床效果及安全性。结果研讨组的治疗有效率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研讨组的无进展生存期长于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论奥沙利铂联合雷替曲塞治疗晚期结肠癌患者的临床效果优于奥沙利铂联合替吉奥，患者的生存期有效延长，且具备一定的安全性，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To compare the clinical effects of Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium and Oxaliplatin combined with Raltitrexed in the treatment of patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods A total of 106 patients with advanced colon cancer admitted to Songzi People′s Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the envelope selecting,they were divided into the reference group(53 cases)and the study group(53 cases).The reference group was treated with Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium,and the study group was treated with Oxaliplatin combined with Raltitrexed.The clinical effects and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The effectiveness rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The progression-free survival of the study group was longer than that of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Oxaliplatin combined with Raltitrexed in the treatment of patients with advanced colon cancer is better than that of Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium.The survival time of patients is effectively prolonged and has certain safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
