Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthopedic incision and dissection integrated needle knife in the treatment of stenosis tenosynovitis of flexor tendon of finger. Methods A total of 40 patients with tenosynovitis stenosis of flexor finger tendon admitted to Yangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupotomy combined with orthopedic dissection, and patients in the control group were treated with ordinary small acupotomy.Clinical efficacy and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months after surgery, and no infection cases were found. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment in thetwo groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional small acupotomy, the integration of orthopedic dissection and dissection in the treatment of tenosynovitis stenosis of flexor finger tendon has better dissection and dissection effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
